This week, on Making it Happen, I’m all decked out in my workout gear, sharing with you some personal growth stories around embracing the role of paying attention to my physiology in my own performance. Trust me, fitness is not something that “just happened” for me in my adult life.
I’ve noticed that when it comes to high performers, there are two buckets that these performers fall into: those that take care of their health, and those that don’t. To those that don’t, this is for you. To those that do already… Hey, give it a watch anyway, maybe you’ll get a tidbit that will help inspire another performer you know to get fitness up at the top of their priority list, too.
In the video I mention my friend Marisa Moody who owns Motivated Movement, check out her page on Facebook for more info.
Also, check out Laura Vanderkam, this is the author of 168 Hours, You Have More Time Than You Think – fantastic book, have a look, and find that time to hit the gym!!
