- Three accomplishments – Take time to celebrate what you have done even if it is just getting out of bed.
- Three gifts of the day – Sometimes it is a simple gratitude and other times it is a lesson that taught you something.
- Three goals for the next day – Three priorities to accomplish for tomorrow.
