What Separates Successful Coaches from “Struggle Bus” Coaches

Believe it or not, the most important “ingredient” in coaching success is NOT your:

Niche

Message

Or even your offer (GASP! Marketing Heresy!!!)

Those things are important for sure, and they can give you some quick wins, and some quick sales. 

But to have long term coaching success you absolutely need this:

This “ingredient” will help you make more sales, sure. But there’s something much more important and much more valuable that it does for you as well.

When you have this ingredient, you now have a place in the market where you fit in perfectly...

A place free from competition…

And a place where you feel safe and supported to give your best gifts to the people who benefit from them most!

In other words, you feel the great and wonderful feeling of satisfaction you should feel as a coach - without the pressure from you feeling the need to know everything or “have it all figured out”. 

And without this one “ingredient”, I don’t see how any coach can maintain any long term success (or sanity :)
